It was a good night last night. I bought some very nice kale and followed the recipe which called for baking the kale in the oven. It did cause some smoke from the olive oil but with practice some turned out crispy that melted in your mouth. A nice way to fix kale! Rudy was horrified at the idea of kale of any kind. He is use to the smoke.   I am really liking this website full of gardening tips and recipes like the Kale one. http://gardenersvoice.com/

Arrived back in the midst of an icy snow storm in St. Louis.  Leaving 70 degrees in Phoeniz with 10 degrees in Quincy with 15 inches of snow.
